Home hunters are invited to an open weekend with the chance to win £500 cash to celebrate the official show home launch at Linden Homes North’s Branton development.

Interest in South Yorkshire development – called Badger’s Holt – has been gathering pace since details were unveiled at the start of the year, with a number of new homes having already been reserved from plan.

This Saturday (April 18) visitors have the chance to see just what is on offer at the development, and enjoy a tour around the fantastic four-bedroom Milford show home – perfect for the growing or modern family with its open plan dining room and kitchen, spacious lounge and separate family room.

Details about the many Linden Homes incentives, which can curb the cost of moving, will also be available from the sales team.

In addition, there will be live broadcasts throughout the day (between 10.30am and 2pm) from Trax Radio. The team will be providing fun and games for visitors, including the opportunity to Crack The Code to win £500.

If the code isn’t cracked during the day, all visitors who have taken part will go into a free draw to stand a chance of getting their hands on the cash.

A total of 47 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes will make up Badger’s Holt, with the first are due for imminent completion.

With a wide choice of designs, Badger’s Holt is ideal for setting up a family home or a place to enjoy a gentler pace of life, and will provide plenty of housing choice for everyone from first time buyers, growing families and those looking for a smaller, more manageable property.

And for young professionals, the village location provides a commutable retreat with Doncaster a few minutes’ drive away and Nottingham an hour by road on the M1 or just over 90 minutes by rail. The commuter and retail hubs of Sheffield and Leeds are also within easy reach.

Prices currently range from £129,950 for a two-bedroom terraced home to £279,950 for a four-bedroom detached.

Branton is a self-contained village boasting a post office, newsagent, grocer, butcher, hairdresser and importantly, a regular bus service to Doncaster.

With its many open spaces and 59 woods and country parks, Doncaster has plenty to offer away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre with its numerous shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Doncaster is situated on the A1(M) and M18 motorways, and is within 20 minutes of the key M1 and M62 motorways. It is well served by the East Coast Mainline and is just 18 minutes from the Robin Hood Airport.

The show home and sales and marketing suite are open daily from 10.30am until 5pm. Alternatively, visit
