There’s a fantastic choice of family-size homes available to move into at two Taylor Wimpey developments in the Vale of Glamorgan, offering something for everyone!

House-hunters looking for their ideal home at Latitude in Caerphilly or Channel Heights in Rhoose can choose from a selection of different four-bedroom designs, each available with the popular Help to Buy Wales scheme.

The ‘Oakham’ town house (plot 100) at Latitude is priced at £229,995, while there’s a choice of four-bedroom detached designs at Channel Heights from £249,995.

Help to Buy Wales enables eligible first-time buyers and existing home-owners who have sold their current property (subject to contract) to secure a Government loan of up to 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

Sara Taylor, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey South Wales, says: “With stylish designs which make fantastic use of space and light and are perfectly suited to today’s family lifestyles, it’s easy to see why the four-bedroom homes at Latitude and Channel Heights are proving incredibly attractive to discerning buyers.

“With Help to Buy Wales providing one fantastic way to move to two fabulous locations, interest is showing no sign of slowing, so I’d urge anyone hoping to find their ideal family-size home in the Vale of Glamorgan to contact us without delay – and make sure they don’t miss out.”

The four-bedroom ‘Oakham’ at Latitude, for example, features a large kitchen/dining room which opens through French doors to the garden and a spacious first-floor living room with a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden.

The first-floor bedroom could alternatively be used as a guest room, study, play room or den, while the three top-floor bedrooms – including a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room – provide peaceful retreats away from the hustle and bustle of family life. The property also benefits from an integral garage and driveway parking.

Meanwhile, the ‘Bisham’ (plot 34) at Channel Heights is priced at £249,995 and offers a large living/dining room with French doors and a kitchen downstairs, an en-suite master bedroom and three further well-proportioned bedrooms upstairs, and an integral garage and parking outside.

Help to Buy Wales is available on new-build properties up to the value of £300,000 and there’s no salary cap for purchasers taking advantage of the scheme.
