Home-hunters can now get their first look at the properties coming soon to a new Bellway development in Kent.

A series of computer-generated images have just been released to give an insight into what will be on offer at Sixty Three, a new collection of homes in the sustainable new community of Kings Hill.

The first plots at Sixty Three will go on sale shortly, but in the meantime the CGIs can be viewed online at bellway.co.uk.

Mark Harrop, Sales Director for Bellway Kent, which has its divisional head office at Kings Hill, said the new CGIs had been created to help prospective purchasers visualise what living in a new home at Sixty Three might be like.

He said: “These new CGIs give a sneak peak into the lifestyle on offer in a new home at Sixty Three in advance of our official opening on site.

“Anyone interested in a new home at Kings Hill can view the images on our website, where they can also register their details so they’re kept informed of the latest news about the development.

“I’d also encourage aspiring buyers to call the number on our website to ask for their details to be added to the ever-growing waiting list, in order to avoid missing out on their chosen property.”

Sixty Three is a development of new two, three, four and five-bedroom homes off Beacon Avenue in Kings Hill, a new neighbourhood created on the site of a former RAF airfield near West Malling in Kent.

Home-hunters can keep up to date with the latest news at Kings Hill by registering their interest on the Bellway website, bellway.co.uk.
