You’ll see right through Sortimo’s CV show message

The team from commercial vehicle racking specialists Sortimo is hoping that people visiting its stand at the Commercial Vehicle Show will be able to see through its latest message.
One of the stars of the Sortimo stand to be held at the NEC on April 15, 16, and 17, and making its UK debut, will be the T-BOXX, a trendy looking new product with a very serious purpose.
T-BOXX is a service case with a transparent lid that means the contents are highly visible. Its construction in high-grade plastics makes it both durable and convenient as at 2.3 kgs it’s a third lighter than the company’s legendary sheet steel case.
Sortimo’s plastic inset boxes can be located individually in T-BOXX and provide many different combinations of storage possibilities. They engage in a variety of positions in the box or its lid and even extreme jolts or vibrations do not dislodge them.
T-BOXX is designed to fit seamlessly into Sortimo’s Globelyst system. It stows on the aluminium shelf of the familiar M-BOXX and can be secured safely in case trays. New, and unique, is the possibility of securing the T-BOXX on the front of the in-vehicle equipment modules or on the rear wing doors of a commercial vehicle by means of an optional adapter set.
On other parts of the stand there will be a Mercedes Vito displaying a fittings solution from the Sortimo catalogue professional range. There will also be four demonstration racks on display.
Ford, in conjunction with Kone Lifts, is supplying a long wheelbase, high roof Ford Transit from the Kone fleet fully kitted with Sortimo products to demonstrate just what can be achieved in storage solutions for van users.
This van will also demonstrate the possibilities that will be provided in a new Sortimo facility in the North West of England that will complete up to 4,000 installations a year. The facility will be more than 30,000 square feet in size and have storage for up to 300 vehicles and the facility for pre-delivery inspections, meaning vehicles can come straight from production lines to Sortimo and then on to the end user.
