Modec, the UK-based manufacturer of innovative zero emission light commercial vehicles, is set to make its mark on the courier and parcel logistics industry at this year’s CPL Expo. The event will be used as a platform from which to announce its relationship with UPS, the show’s main corporate support, and to highlight its emission reducing solutions to other industry visitors.

The Expo will see Modec host two eye-catching and informative stands, 1920 and 2029, displaying the vehicle options available to courier and parcel logistics companies wanting to reduce their carbon emissions and improve their environmental credentials.

“We’re really excited about this year’s CPL Expo,” comments Roger Atkins, Sales Director, Modec. “We’re thrilled to be beginning our relationship with UPS and can’t think of a better place to start it. I’m personally really looking forward to the chance to share what we can offer with an industry with so much potential to utilise the benefits of zero emission vehicles”.

Roger will also be an official speaker at the event and will reveal how Modec is able to provide commercially viable solutions for fleet operators looking to run zero-emission vehicles, without compromising on service. His presentation will provide case studies demonstrating the benefits of implementing cutting-edge technology into commercial fleets and show how Modec vehicles can help companies stay ahead of competitors.

Modec’s participation at the CPL Expo, which runs from the 30th September – 2nd October, will also include:

Representatives from Modec’s senior team and customer service team, on hand to answer any questions.

On display at the stand will be a UPS box van, a Modec chassis and an Independent Wholesales box van
