The Frontcover cosmetics line takes each season’s catwalk trends and turns them into ready-to-wear make-up collections. The range of make-up kits offer every A/W 2009-10 look you could want, from shimmering ice queen shades as seen at Chanel; metallics as seen at Louise Vuitton and Marc Jacobs; sequins as seen at Balmain (among many others!), nudes with a sequin deboss as seen at Chloe, and purples as seen at Givenchy.

Frontcover comes from Gingerlily Cosmetics, the brand development company whose clients include Chilli Pepper make-up and Tara Smith haircare among others. This is the first brand that Gingerlily founder Liz Wilkinson and Design Director Michelle White have created from scratch drawing on years of experience working with the likes of Revlon, Max Factor, Mary Quant and Boots.

Proof that they’ve produced a brand that consumers really want came when last year’s launch saw the products completely sell out, with the coveted Rainbow Eyes kit exchanging hands on ebay for three times the price.

Only available from October to Christmas, it encompasses all the key trends from the catwalks in eight gorgeous sets – from luscious lashes to metallics, nude lips to smoky eyes. With prices from £10 to £35 there’s something for every budget and the sets are included in Boots’ 3 for 2 offers for the duration of their shelf life.
