Duke, Wyatt, Cody and Otis share a terrifying secret. Laughed out of their local town, only they know the events of the past and how their friend really died. But their trauma was not only emotional…they were Altered.

Wyatt (Adam Kaufman) since his attack has become feared by his alien captors. With the ability to hear their high pitch communication and immune from the deadly effects of coming in contact with them, he lives in constant fear of being hunted down.

Events come to a head late one night when Cody (Paul McCarthy-Boyington), Otis (Michael C. Williams) and Duke (Brad William Henke) arrive at Wyatt’s doorstep with an unexpected hunting prize. After years of hunting the dense local woods, they have captured on of their Alien captors…alive.

Wyatt is the only one who knows the true fallout of their actions and as they are tracked down by the Aliens, the men struggle to control their captured specimen and what follows is a visually spectacular gore fest with bloody human entrails sprawled over the floor and alien brains across the wall.

The evening will only end in death but who will survive and will the inhabitants of the earth become Altered….?
