Kate Garraway and Anton du Beke reunited for new series

Kate Garraway will present Inch-Loss and will be joined by four top experts and four female volunteers on a remote island cut off from the outside world. The four experts will counsel the castaways and help them change their eating and exercise habits for life.
Nutritionist Amanda Hamilton will cook up healthy mouth-watering menus and celebrity fitness guru Mark Anthony puts them through their paces each day. Life coach, Pete Cohen, joins the team for daily one-to-one counselling and Dr Hilary Jones brings medical help and advice. Anton du Beke will teach the recruits, and Kate, a special dance routine!
Kate, who will be on hand to guide the castaways through the five day intensive programme of therapy and exercise, will bring viewers daily updates of their progress.
“Inch-Loss was one of the first series I presented seven years ago, and I loved it. It`s great to have Anton in the team this year,” said Kate. “I firmly believe that everyone should consider dancing as a way to work out and have fun. Many people are scared of gyms thinking they`re full of perfect bodies so this is a fantastic alternative to getting fit and feeling and looking better.”
“Dancing has huge health benefits and as it isn`t a solo experience – you`ll never be lonely or bored working out!” said Anton.
GMTV`s Inch-Loss Island series starts January 14th when viewers will be introduced to the castaways and experts throughout the week. From January 21st they`ll be stranded on the island and Anton joins the team on January 22nd and 23rd.
