Giant Alaskan Crab Served At FishWorks

Fishworks A giant Alaskan crab has just landed on UK soil and is being served through FishWorks 12 sites. With each monster leg weighing in at 140g and the whole crab at 2.02 kilo's it's a scary prospect to tackle! Growing up to around 6 foot, these dinosaurs of the deep require a human with a hearty appetite!

Mitch Tonks, owner of FishWorks is pleased to serve the 6 foot Alaskan crab to the masses through his chain of 12 sites in London and Bath and Bristol.

Founded in 1997 by fishmonger, chef, and author Mitch Tonks, there are now several award-winning FishWorks venues spread across the south of England, including award-winning restaurants in Bath, Marylebone and Chiswick.

In addition to their cookery schools FishWorks also have a series of popular cookery books and a successful home delivery service preparing fresh fish to the customer’s requirements and delivering overnight from the Brixham market straight to the front door.
