Prism Restaurant & Bar To Host Exclusive Wine Dinner
On Thursday 13 September, Prism Restaurant & Bar will host a very special wine maker dinner in association with Wine Australia, hosted by celebrated wine maker David Hohnen. Needing little introduction, David is widely recognised as the man who brought New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc to the world’s wine stage.The man behind Cloudy Bay and Cape Mentelle, David is now in partnership with his brother in law and fellow wine maker Murray McHenry, together launching their own company McHenry Hohnen Vinters.
Customers will be treated to a presentation and tastings of David’s new range of wines from his magnificent vineyard in the Margaret River, a small vineyard where demand regularly exceeds production, with each wine paired with a delicious dish prepared by Prism’s Head Chef Richard Robinson.
The event begins at 7pm on 13 September; tickets are priced at £75 per person and include an aperitif on arrival, wine tasting, 4 course tasting menu, coffee and service.
