Acclaimed Shoreditch Vietnamese wins a 'Terry' Acclaimed Shoreditch Vietnamese restaurant, Viet Grill, has won 'best value' category of the Independent on Sunday restaurant critic Terry Duracks' annual restaurant awards, 'The Terrys'.

The respected restaurant critic presents his awards every year in The Independent on Sunday's special food issue of The New Review. Opening with a precis of the restaurant industry's current climate, Durack moves on to present those establishments he believes to have been leading the charge this year. As winner of the best value category, Viet Grill is recognised for 'raising the bar on quality and ambition without raising the price too much at the same time.'

On winning the coveted accolade, restaurant owner Hieu Trung Bui says, "We're over the moon to have been singled out. We've worked hard to be able to offer great food and wine at a reasonable price and in an warm, inviting environment. This just goes to show that our efforts have been appreciated".

Viet Grill is located at 58 Kingsland Road, London E2 8DP.
