Get the full Enchilada at The Printworks A South American heat wave has hit The Printworks as Mexican bar and grill, Chiquito, opens its doors to Manchester. Famous for its lively Latin American atmosphere and delicious Mexican food, Chiquito offers diners of Manchester an alternative to the usual restaurants found in the city centre.

With a shortage of specialist Mexican cuisine, the only city centre based Chiquito outlet in Manchester is sure to be a hit with those who crave South American delicacies to warm up their winter.

Whether you like your food hot and spicy or simply tasty, then the Chiquito menu's got it covered including the famous sizzling fajitas, served with flour tortillas and the essentials; salsa, guacamole and sour cream. Or perhaps put some fire in your belly with the spicy chilli or fill it up with a succulent chargrilled burger & a choice of tasty toppings. Make sure you leave room for dessert, as Chiquito’s waffles with toffee sauce are truly outstanding!

With The Printworks already offering cuisine from around the world, the Mexican specialists are expected to add a little spice to an already expansive menu at The Printworks including Nando’s, Henry J Beans, Wagamama and Yum Yum.

Fred Booth, Centre Director for The Printworks comments:

“Along with all the amazing entertainment facilities located inside The Printworks, we now have one of Manchester’s largest eatery choices with cuisine from all around the world. Whether it’s traditional British, Portuguese, Japanese, American, Irish and now Mexican…there’s something for everyone’s taste at The Printworks.”
