Ladies luncheon at Artisan

This January, the Westbury Hotel is proud to offer their new ladies lunch menu (available for all but tailored particularly to ladies who lunch) and what better way to recuperate from the madness of the January sales that in the calm surroundings of Artisan, The Westbury's elegant restaurant, situated on Bond Street.

Guests are invited to rest their weary feet after a hard morning's shopping and enjoy a light and delicious meal at Artisan. Talented Head Chef Daniel Hillier, formerly of Gordon Ramsay’s Royal Hospital Road, Claridges and Putney Bridge restaurant, has created a stunning Modern European menu offering a selection of soups and salads.

Soups include Velouté of Jerusalem Artichoke, Soft Poached Egg and Truffle, Pumpkin Soup with Sage and Parmesan and Provencal Fish Soup with Aioli and Granary Croute.

Salads include a sumptuous dish of Fruits de Mer, composed of Poached Wild Salmon, Smoked Trout, Crab Tartar and griddled Saudi Prawns, Salad of Griddled, Salad of Grilled Mediterranean Vegetables, Slow Cooked Roman Tomatoes, Smoked Mozzarella and Basil and Carpaccio of Seared Yellow Fin Tuna, Pipperade and Morteaux Sausage and Salad of Young Shoots.

The lunch menu is priced at £22 for two courses, including a complimentary glass of champagne.

Artisan has recently been refurbished in an opulent Art Deco Style and can accommodate up to 70 covers and also has an adjacent private dining room which can also be opened up as an extension to the main restaurant floor, accommodating up to 22 covers. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is overseen by Restaurant Manager Laszlo Nyari, who also previously worked at Claridges.
