Enjoy the best of Scottish at Prism Restaurant & Bar  Prism Restaurant and Bar, in the heart of the City of London, will be celebrating the best of Scottish produce and entertainment this January with a selection of celebratory events taking place in the run up to Burn’s Night on Friday 25 January.

For the week commencing Monday 21 January Executive, Chef Richard Robinson, will be offering traditional Scottish Breakfasts; heather honey drizzled bannocks (a rich fruit bun with butter and sultanas), Arbroath Smokies (traditionally smoked haddock) and fresh Scottish smoked salmon. There will also be a special Scottish lunch and dinner menu to run alongside the restaurant a la carte.

A selection of Scottish cocktails, a tutored Glenmorangie whisky tasting, and for exclusive Burn’s night parties two private rooms with personal hosts, are also available to book for the week.

SENSORY WHISKY TASTING WITH GLENMORANGIE
Wednesday 23 January 7:30pm
Hosted by the Glenmorangie brand ambassador, this tasting is designed to ignite the senses and introduce the twenty-six key aromas found in whisky. This is a fantastic opportunity to taste the whole Glenmorangie range, including the 25 year old blend.
Tickets are priced at £35 per person and include a welcome drink, tastings and canapés.

EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE BURN’S CELEBRATIONS
Monday 21 – 25 January, Lunch & Dinner
Toast Robbie Burns with an exclusive Scottish menu in the week running up to Burn’s Night with your very own Burn’s host. Your personal host will entertain your guests with readings from the great man himself and conduct the ode to the haggis.
Tickets are priced at £80 per person and include a four course menu, host and a toasting dram.
