Truffles top off new Croma pizza

Proudly presenting the fruits of their recent endeavour to the South of France on a truffle hunting trip, the Croma team presented a variety of seasonal recipes created using the famous Black Truffle (the fungal equivalent of Caviar) such as pizza, pasta and salad dishes, to a VIP audience, which were all well received with fantastic feedback given.
Previously the Bank of Ireland, the stunning Croma building situated prominently in the city centre still houses the original bank volts that are now used to keep the valuable truffles under lock and key for insurance purposes.
Croma offers a dynamic new concept in restaurant dining, delivering an elegant fusion of taste and value and serving traditional and innovative gourmet pizzas, together with an extensive wine list expertly selected to compliment the imaginative menu.
Said Croma Director, Nick McNally: “The unveiling of the Truffle Pizza has been fantastic. It is a great to offer a food that is normally such a rarity, in a restaurant that offers stylish, elegant dining at great value.”
