SenSpa – The hottest place in Hampshire

India, an enormous country, with more than a billion people and 29 States, conjures pictures of busy streets, tuk-tuks, bright colours, silk saris and the occasional elephant.
The diversity and variety of the country is immense and is inherently reflected in its gastronomical dishes. Complex and colorful like its people. India’s vast cuisine is regional, multi-dimensional, and flavoursome.
Keralese meals are based on produce abundant in the area. The major constituents are rice and coconut, using spices of cardamom, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, fennel and ginger to create a symphony of flavours.
Kerala is on the Southern Western tip of the Indian peninsula. It is a land of lush coconut palms, golden beaches and gentle breezes. It is famous for its breathtaking lagoons, creeks and lakes that lie parallel to the Arabian Sea Coast.
Keralites call their State "God's Own Country".
Now you can experience a taste of Southern India without the jet-lag at the Zen Garden restaurant on March 31st.
