ESH
Launching 1 May 2008
A brand new concept developed especially for Harrods, ESH (Eat, Simple, Healthy) takes traditional Lebanese cuisine, and brings it bang up to date, with a conveyor belt concept, that allows customers to pick and choose from a 200 strong selection.
3 price points will be on offer: £2.75, £3.75 and £5.50.
Specialities will be produced on site and in front of the customer, such as ‘Fattet Hommos Bilaban’, a layered salad of steamed, seasoned chickpeas on a bed of yoghurt and toasted bread, and ‘Saltat mawzat’, a slow cooked lamb shank seasoned with garlic and lemon infused olive oil.
Serving a selection of hot and cold refreshments, including mint tea, and traditional white orange blossom infusion, the wines will be sourced from Chateau Ksara in the Bekaa Valley, the oldest estate in Lebanon.
