Locale announce new venue in East Dulwich

Locale, a neighbourhood Italian restaurant, has announced the opening of their fourth restaurant in East Dulwich, London in late April 2008. Locale’s winning combination of excellent Italian cuisine, intimate, comfortable atmosphere, friendly service as well as value for money has meant that their restaurants have become a firm favourite with diners in their existing restaurants in Blackheath, County Hall and Fulham.

Commenting about their impending April 2008 opening in East Dulwich, Proprietor Mark Elphicke added “Our Head Chef Paolo Barone and I are really excited about opening our new restaurant in such a vibrant area. East Dulwich has a great community vibe and we look forward to offering residents, Locale’s great range of authentic Italian food and wines to play our part in the local community”.

Designed by well known architect Paul Daly, Locale promises a certain individual style and flair to their new location situated on East Dulwich Road. The premises will accommodate 75 diners as well as a cocktail bar which will hold 40 guests for both drinks and light snacks, and during the spring and summer months, diners will be able to enjoy lunch and dinner “Alfresco” on the restaurant’s front terrace.
