Brighton restaurants hit the UK top 10 OpenTable, the leading provider of free, online restaurant reservations for diners as well as guest and table management systems for restaurants, is pleased to announce that Brighton’s Momma Cherri restaurant has made it into their Top 10 Booked Restaurant List.

Momma Cherri shot to fame on Gordon Ramsey’s Hell’s Kitchen TV programme, but has now made it to the world wide dining community by being part of the OpenTable network. Diners from all over the world can make a reservation at Brighton’s very own star restaurant online through Momma Cherri’s own website or through Opentable.co.uk 24 hours a day – 7 days a week.

When a diner makes a reservation online at any OpenTable restaurant they can search availability in real-time and can be assured that their booking is confirmed immediately by email. There is no waiting time to receive this confirmation as it really is instant! Additionally, the diner can note allergies and preferences in the reservation notes, which helps the restaurant to provide a more personalised service.

“Now, diners everywhere can quickly check Momma Cherri’s table availability online rather than having to call to discuss different dates,” said David Pritchard, Managing Director, Europe and Senior Vice President, OpenTable Inc. “They can search across multiple variables – price, cuisine, availability and location and make a reservation and receive instant confirmation when it suits them – not just when the restaurant is open.”

Other Brighton restaurants in the OpenTable network include The Arrogant Frog, The Meadow, and the Saint Restaurant, Food for Friends, Blanch House, Indian Summer, Camelia Restaurant @ South Lodge Hotel and Sevendials.
