Double award celebrations for The Granville at Barford

The Granville @ Barford is celebrating the fact that it has been nominated for two local prestigious food & drink awards. The Granville has been nominated for ‘Best Dining Pub/Inn’ in the highly coveted Coventry & Warwickshire Food & Drink Awards 2008. Last year The Granville beat tough competition to win both ‘Best Restaurant’ and ‘Champion of Local Produce’. The Granville will find out whether it has won for a second year on Tuesday 18 November at an awards ceremony at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.

The Granville has also been nominated for the "Most Distinctive Local Menu" in the Warwickshire Life Food & Drink Awards 2008. Nominations for the awards have been decided by the general public. The Granville is one of three finalists who will find out who has scooped this prestigious award on Thursday 2 October at an awards evening at Warwick Castle.
