Executive Chef at Number Twelve restaurant, Santino Busciglio has selected the very highest quality Copas Turkeys to serve at his restaurant this Christmas. Described as; "succulent & packed with flavour - a king amongst turkeys" by the Mail on Sunday and as having "an intense flavour & moistness" by The Sunday Times, Copas Turkeys really are the very best.

Tom Copas, Director of Copas Traditional Turkeys LTD, says that the turkey is "the most important part of the most important meal of the year - a special Christmas dinner demands a special turkey. We raise traditional breeds of turkeys to full adult maturity for a dense and delicious texture. Turkey’s are dry plucked by hand and game-hang for two weeks in the traditional way, to guarantee a rich tasting, succulent meat”.

Nominated for Best Italian Restaurant at The London Restaurant Awards 2008, Head Chef Santino Busciglio has created some mouth-watering Christmas menus to kick of the Christmas festivities in London. A three course Christmas Lunch Menu is reasonable priced at £31 per adult – and guests can choose from dishes such as;

• Starter: Cream of celeriac, winter black truffle
• Main Course: Free range Copas barn reared hen turkey, chestnut stuffing & traditional trimmings
• Dessert: Traditional Christmas plum pudding served with white sauce, brandy butter

Number twelve is a modern Italian restaurant and bar which opened at 12 Upper Woburn Place, London WC1 on October 8th 2007, with head chef Santino Busciglio looking after the kitchen. Number Twelve was nominated for Best Italian Restaurant at the 2008 London Restaurant Awards.
