Fifteen Cornwall to celebrate third birthday This summer, Fifteen Cornwall reaches its third birthday and to help the restaurant celebrate, world-class celebrity chef, Michael Caines will be joining the Fifteen Cornwall kitchen team. With two Michelin stars to his name at Gidleigh Park, Michael will help create a sublime menu for one night only on Wednesday 20th May.

More usually found across the border in Devon, Michael will be joining Executive Chef Neil Haydock and his team of apprentice and professional chefs to create a special birthday menu combining traditional European-style dishes (Michael Caines’ trademark) with Fifteen Cornwall’s Italian-influenced cuisine.

Michael and Neil will talk guests through each dish as it is served, making for a fun and lively evening. And since this birthday party is strictly for grown-ups, Luca De Marchi will be introducing each of the wines that he has personally selected to match each course. Luca is the eldest son of Paolo De Marchi, winemaker and owner of Proprietà Sperino, a fine wine producer from Piedmont, Northern Italy.

Tickets for this unique six-course dinner are strictly limited and cost £95 per person, including wines. All profits from Fifteen Cornwall go to the Cornwall Foundation of Promise to fund the Fifteen chef training programme.
