Royal Leamington Spa is hungry for Dine A new national restaurant initiative is set to come to Royal Leamington Spa from 12 - 18 October.

‘Dine 2009’ is a unique campaign led by BID Leamington to encourage the enhanced use of local restaurants and to bolster the evening economy. The initiative will see participating restaurants offer a special £5 lunch and £10 two course meal.

14 local restaurants are participating in the Dine 2009 campaign, ranging from family diners to modern bistros. It is hoped the scheme will increase the restaurant trade in the local area as well as giving some light relief for credit stretched households.

Helen Smith, Executive Director of BID Leamington said: “This is a great opportunity for people in Leamington and those visiting the town to sample the many great restaurants in the area for a fantastic price. Dine is a national initiative with local benefits and we are delighted to be part of the scheme and are confident it will be a great success.”

Local restaurants signed up to the initiative include Bar 44, Voodoo, Memsaab, The Slug and Lettuce, Chico’s, Zizi, The Leamington Bar & Grill, Le Bistrot Pierre, Cafe Rouge, Quean’s Restaurant, The Willoughby, The Clarendon, Grill Kitchen at the Fox and Jam Bar and Brasserie. Each restaurant will offer a different dine menu. There is no need to collect vouchers. Those interested in using the offer can simply view the participating restaurants at dine-nation.com. Advanced booking is recommended for most restaurants.
