Property prices in Malaga rise 25% above national average

Average property prices in Malaga are now 25% higher than Spain’s national average, at 300,000 euros, according to the latest Spanish Property Price Guide from Kyero.com.

The national average property price in Spain now stands at €241,000, a drop of €4000 or 1.6% decline from January 07.

Average property prices in Barcelona climb even higher to €618,000, a massive 157% above the national average.

Average property prices in Cadiz have shot up over 12% from €285,000 in Jan 07 to €320,000.

Average property prices in Girona continue to fall; an 8% decline from €403,000 in Jan 07 to €370,000 in Feb 07.

The most popular province continues to be Malaga province.
