Property prices in Alicante see 9% increase

Property prices in the Spanish province Alicante have seen a 9% increase since Jan 07, according to Kyero.com.

Below is the latest independent data from the largest English language Spanish property portal Kyero.com. As of 1st May 2007:

The national average property price in Spain is €250,000.

The average property price in Alicante province is also €250,000, the same as the national average.

The province of Pontevedra in north west Spain continues to feature within the most expensive provinces with average prices of €335,000, 34% above national average.

In contrast the province of Badajoz in south west Spain retains its position as the second cheapest place with average prices of €89,000, 64% below national average.

Average prices in Alicante province have seen an increase of 9% since Jan 07.
