Premier Resorts to market Novo Carthago on the Costa Calida

31st October 2007 Print
Premier Resorts Ltd, European independent resort property company, has been contracted to market and sell Novo Carthago on the Costa Calida, Spain in the UK and Ireland. The 5,700 hectare resort is the most ambitious and exciting real estate development on the Costa Calida and combines two of the most sought after features of a Spanish property – golf courses and beaches.

Situated in Murcia, on the Mar Menor shore, the 5,000 residential homes will occupy only 22% of the site making the resort feel more spacious and private than many others built recently. The site will be dominated by green areas, beautiful beaches and sports areas including two Robert Trent Jones II golf courses, which will control and conserve the area’s flora and fauna.

Villas, bungalows, semi-detached houses and apartments will be built in a Mediterranean style with no building going above three levels. The views from the site are spectacular with the Mar Menor lagoon, its beaches and islands all close by.

Managing Director of Premier Resorts Russell Bragg says “The Costa Calida is one of the most attractive Costas in Spain. Its modern infrastructure, great golf courses and ease of access make it a very popular choice for those looking for a second home in the sun. We believe there is great potential for price appreciation, if you buy at the early stages.”

Novo Carthago is being developed by Hansa Urbana S.A, one of the leading property developers in Spain. With over twenty years experience in developing similar high quality resorts, Novo Carthago will be constructed to the highest European standards.

All planning permission is in place. Hansa Urbana’s shareholders include CAM Savings Bank and San Fernando, two major national savings banks, which assures the continuity, reliability and transparency of their business performance.
