Costa de la Luz finally gets the bargain bug
Having shown initial resilience to the Spanish property slowdown, the Costa de la Luz has finally succumbed to the inevitable and, faced with a diminishing pool of buyers, decided to waft various price reductions and incentives under people’s noses.
