Polaris World completes El Valle Resort

28th November 2008 Print
In spite of a tough global market, Polaris World - leading Spanish property developer – can announce that it has completed its latest resort in the beautiful region of Murcia El Valle, the company’s most impressive resort to date.

And whilst other property developers throughout the world are cutting back on plans, Polaris World is bucking the property trend, fulfilling the needs of its many satisfied clients who have bought off-plan looking for a new life in the sun.

In many ways El Valle is Polaris World’s most complete resort to date boasting a selection of incredible high quality bars and restaurants that explode all preconceptions that people might have of Spanish properties. Gone are the old days of stack ‘em high accommodations that gave the European property market such a bad name in the 70s and 80s to be replaced by light and airy properties steeped in the homely charms of the region of Murcia.

London based Hunt Hamilton Zuch - one of the world’s leading interior design companies - has worked with Polaris World to create the hugely stylish villas and apartments within El Valle. There is no doubt that this level of detail has meant that Polaris World continues to flourish in a market that has seen slowdown amongst many of its competitors.

While the interiors are easy to tailor to individual tastes there are two main design themes – rustic and contemporary. Outside the styling is deceptively simple but with Spanish influences. Themes are aged terracotta tiles, sandblasted oak beams and neutral painted walls. Each villa has a welcome focal point in the form of a Spanish style open fireplace – winter nights can be cool even in Murcia.

As with all other Polaris World resorts, El Valle features a Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course – in effect a championship standard course in the back garden!

El Valle is within 45 minutes of no less than two international airports. The beaches of Mar Menor – a huge inland sea – are 15 minutes away and a modern road network means communications are excellent to other parts of Spain with the cities of Alicante and Cartagena within an hour’s drive.
