AIPP welcomes top-end Spanish developer

14th July 2009 Print
As part of a continual desire to earn the trust and confidence of current and prospective clients, Bolt Property Group has secured membership of the revered Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP). With a 30-million euro home within its current portfolio, Bolt Property Group is likely to top the league for luxury within the non-profit body.

Hadleigh Bolt, Proprietor of Bolt Property Group, comments, “As a company we work extremely hard to maintain our credibility with the public. Bolt Property Group continually enters and wins industry awards and has a sustained presence in the property press, however membership of the AIPP will probably be our single-strongest weapon in gaining customer confidence. Prospective purchasers will know that Bolt Property Group has been vetted against the AIPP criteria before being welcomed as a member. Likewise they'll know that if we fall foul of the Association's Code of Conduct we'll be subjected to disciplinary procedures, procedures that have already seen seven companies expelled from membership. Fortunately we’ve always had impeccably high standards from day one so membership of the AIPP is a perfect fit.”

Hadleigh Bolt continues, “We’ve noticed how the profile of the AIPP has been raised over recent years and the consumer is becoming much more aware of the need to select reputable property industry professionals with whom to do business. It’s too much of a risk not to, particularly in our sector of the market – the multi-million euro luxury villa sector - a lot of money to lose if the developer turns out to be unethical or insolvent. It was also becoming too much of a risk for Bolt Property Group to face explaining why we weren’t members of the AIPP when asked. It’s too important an organisation to ignore.”

Paul Owen, Chief Executive of the AIPP, has the final word, “As AIPP Members, Bolt Property Group has submitted itself to our qualification process and has now voluntarily agreed to be bound by our professional Code of Conduct. We congratulate them on their commitment to professional standards and clients should feel reassured by such an undertaking. We look forward to working with them and our other Members to make the international property market a better place for buyers.”
