Willow Park Kings Hill near West Malling Prestigious it may be but homes at Bellway’s Willow Park development in King’s Hill are available at rather surprisingly affordable prices. Some of Bellway’s homes may even suit the pockets of first or second-time buyers who would have assumed that Kings Hill was out of the question, at least for some years.

Bellway has two 3-bedroomed terraced houses available, one priced at £249,995 and the second at £310,000 – the latter being end-of-terrace. Prices at around or well below the £300,000 figure make this a very accessible way to join the ranks of the King’s Hill village community near West Malling.

For buyers looking for something a little larger Bellway is offering a 4-bedroomed semi-detached home with garage at £355,000. There are two more homes which come highly recommended as they overlook the village cricket green: a 4-bedroomed detached home with double garage and two parking spaces at just £475,000 and a 5-bedroomed detached house priced at £535,000.

Lyn Neale, Bellway Thames Gateway South’s Sales Director, says: “I am delighted that we have been able to offer such an exciting mix of homes to suit people at various stages of life and with widely different budgets. The development as a whole comprises a successful combination of different homes to appeal to a diverse community and it is this, combined with the excellent quality of build and architecture that has made King’s Hill so desirable and sustainable. If you thought it was out of your reach, just come along and prepare to be pleasantly surprised”.

Kings Hill, a former air force base, is set in the heart of the Kent countryside in an area which is full of historic charm. Nearby West Malling includes a mix of medieval, Tudor, Queen Anne, Georgian and Victorian architecture and the area has successfully integrated its business, educational and residential communities to create a balanced quality of life.

Kings Hill makes a successful base for commuters with a journey time into London’s Victoria of just 50 minutes and 30 minutes to Ashford International as well as offering access to major road links.
