Like father, like son

When first-time buyer Stephen Roberts took his father Reg to view the apartment he and his wife Madoka had reserved at Linden Homes’ Mono development in Bromley, he did not count on him reserving a home there as well.

Following his son’s purchase of a two bedroom apartment, construction worker Reg Roberts also decided to buy a similar two bedroom, two bathroom home at the development, which he saw as the perfect investment opportunity.

Commenting on the double family purchase Stephen said: “I took my Dad along initially for a bit of support and as a builder he was really impressed with the general finish of the development. After Madoka and I had secured our place at Mono, he and mum decided to buy one here as well. We had such an excellent experience with the salespeople at Linden who guided us through our purchase, I was more than happy to recommend them to others, even my dad!”
