It’s happy hour again at Charles Church

Purchasers who visit the unique development during happy hour will be offered a refreshing glass of Pimm’s and lemonade to enjoy while viewing the show home.

The Propella’s is a versatile collection of 43 three, four and five bedroom homes and two bedroom apartments located in the heart of the community of Kings Hill. With such an array of properties on offer – there are 20 individually designed housetypes - there is sure to be something for everyone at this development, but with over half of the development already sold purchasers are urged to visit sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.

What makes The Propella’s stand out from other developments at Kings Hill it its uniqueness and its contemporary interpretation of a classic design style which has been influenced by the original art deco Control Tower. Each home also has an art deco theme and each housetype has been named after a famous designer.

Currently on offer at the development are Charles Church’s generous Part Exchange and Assisted Moved Schemes, explains sales manager Denise Rogers: “We know that moving house can often be a time consuming and stressful process, but it needn’t be if you move with Charles Church. For a limited period only we are offering Part Exchange or Assisted Move scheme to buyers. So, if you are looking to climb to the next rung of the housing ladder or if you are looking to move sideways and buy a property of a similar value, or to downsize to a less expensive property, Charles Church can help.”

So pop into The Propella’s on your way home from work or after you have picked your children up from school to discuss Charles Church’s generous incentives over a glass or two of Pimm’s and lemonade.

Prices range from £279,950 and £585,000 and the marketing suite and show home are open daily between 10am and 6pm.
