Spa town success for Antler Homes

Nevill Gardens - Mews Houses A survey from Halifax Estate Agents shows that home buyers are prepared to pay a premium to live in a spa town. These towns tend to rank highly for factors affecting quality of life. Owner occupation rates are high, indicating that spa towns are places where people like to settle down.

Halifax also identified spa towns as having low traffic levels and high employment. All of these factors contribute to the popularity of developments such as Antler Homes’ new development, Nevill Gardens, in one of the country’s most popular spa towns, Tunbridge Wells.

Named after the Nevill family, Marquises of Abergavenny, Nevill Gardens has proved to be a resounding success in the competitive Tunbridge Wells property market. Three of the six properties released to date sold on the launch weekend and the seventh property is yet to come onto the market.
