New apartment development in heart of Rochester

Housebuilder Bellway is to launch its elegant new apartment development in the heart of Rochester during August. The contemporary apartment block, to be called Lyon Court, is situated on the High Street and will comprise a collection of new sixty-eight one- and two-bedroom apartments and will also include the refurbishment of an existing building.

There will be two retail units – one new-build and one created from the existing building structure. The development will include eight affordable units which are being handled by Bellway Housing Trust.
