Two new showhomes unveiled at Holborough

Berkeley Homes (Kent) Ltd have unveiled two spectacular new showhomes at its flagship Holborough development near Snodland in Kent. The showhomes, which have both been dressed by Roomservice Designs, are located in Birchleigh, the second phase of Holborough, which is situated in the secluded north west corner of the development.

We focussed on dividing the space with simple, strong lines that are balanced, connecting the space to its contextual surroundings, softened by a palette of eye catching planting.”

Stepping into the four-bedroom Claremont showhome is like stepping into a completely different world. Taking its inspiration from the pastel coloured weatherboarding and timber balconies, the showhome has been dressed in a striking ‘New England’ style using a neutral colour palette of pale creams, duck egg blues, baby pinks and olive greens. Solid oak and white painted furniture complimented by thoughtfully selected gingham fabrics as well as storm lanterns and other ‘New England beach hunt’ inspired accessories provide the finishing touches.
