Ward Homes brings Christmas excitement to Kent

Ward Homes brings Christmas excitement to Kent The Christmas spirit has come early to Ward Homes’ new developments at Orchard Park @ Eden Village in Sittingbourne and Kings Hill in West Malling. At each development, a show home has been transformed in a very special Christmas makeover to show just how stunning these new homes can look during the festive season.

If visitors are inspired by these fantastic show homes, they could even, if they move very quickly, be living at Orchard Park or Kings Hill in time for Christmas.

Ann Moriarty, sales and marketing director for Ward Homes comments: “I wanted people, especially children, to walk into our show homes and say ‘wow!’ This is why our interior designer, Shirley Browne, has gone way beyond adding just a tree and a sprig of holly. These homes have been beautifully dressed from top to bottom with plenty of imaginative detail to create the excitement of Christmas. I hope our visitors will enjoy, and be excited by our homes.”

The two show homes each reflect a totally different style of Christmas. At Orchard Park @ Eden Village in Sittingbourne, a traditional four-bedroom family house transports visitors back to Victorian times. The home is decorated in red, gold and tartan with a real tree and the dining table laid for Christmas dinner. Fairy lights and filled stockings in a child’s bedroom and spice scenting the home create a wonderful Christmas atmosphere.

At Kings Hill, Ward Homes is creating family houses of all sizes at this attractive development close to West Malling. A large five-bedroom family house has been dressed for a family Christmas, but with a twist to suit the contemporary style of the home. The tree shimmers with glass and silver, which are echoed by the baubles in tall glass vases on either side of the fireplace.

With homes ready for occupation at both developments, families could move in for Christmas. Three, four and five- bedroom homes at Orchard Park start from just £200,000. At Kings Hill two, four and five bedroom houses are available, starting from £210,000 for a two-bedroom home.

If families have an existing home to sell, Ward Homes can speed up the process with its part-exchange scheme. Ward Homes can buy your home directly – saving the cost of estate agent fees – all in just seven days.
