12th February 2008 Print
Save £10K in February with Charles Church Housebuilder of distinction Charles Church is offering financial savings of up to £10,000 on homes at its Medway Gate development in Cuxton for purchasers who make a reservation there before Sunday, February 24.

There will be an open weekend on February 16/17 where prospective purchasers will be able to find out more about the £10,000 saving which could be spent on stamp duty paid or carpets fitted throughout, or by simply discounting the property.

Denise Rogers, Sales Manager for Charles Church South East, says: “February is the month to buy a new Charles Church home, as the financial savings offered are too good to miss. But they are only available for reservations made up until February 24, so purchasers are urged to visit now and make a reservation while they can save £10,000. They’d be foolish not to!”

The Premier Collection at Medway Gate offers a wide selection of homes and includes two, three and four bedroom properties. With a variety of townhouses and two storey homes available, this development offers designs to suit all tastes and requirements.

The Nightingale, for example, is a four bedroom townhouse which offers flexible family living. With two bedrooms on both the first and second floors, this home has been imaginatively designed to suit a family lifestyle. The master suite with en-suite is on the first floor and there is a family bathroom on the second floor serving the remainder of the bedrooms. The ground floor is home to a kitchen and a living/dining room with French doors opening on to the back garden.

Purchasers of a Charles Church home at Medway Gate can expect a fitted kitchen with laminate worktops, stainless steel double oven, gas hob and splashback and extractor hood. The kitchens also have an integrated fridge/freezer. Elsewhere, bathrooms and en-suites have Sottini white sanitaryware, chrome finish Ideal Standard mixer taps and white ladder style heated towel rail.

The development itself features lots of conservation areas for protected species and is set in landscaped gardens and bordered by impressive chalk cliffs. The village of Cuxton offers a selection of local shops, a nursery, primary school, pub and recreation centre. The Medway Valley Leisure Park is also within walking distance and offers several restaurants, a multiplex cinema and a gym.

Transport links are good; both the M2 and M25 are within easy reach. There is also a train service from nearby Strood which connects to London Victoria in around one hour.

Prices at Medway Gate range from £184,950 and £250,000. Visit on the open weekend to find out how you can save £10,000 with Charles Church this month.

The show home and marketing suite are open daily from 10am and 5pm. Alternatively, visit Charleschurch.com for further details.
