Exclusive new development launches in Bearsted

Linden Homes has proved that there remains a great deal of confidence in the home buying market, with a rush of sales following the launch of a bespoke collection of family homes in Bearsted, Kent.

More than half of the homes available at The Mulberries and Little Acre have now been reserved off-plan since launching to the public online. All homes at The Mulberries and Little Acre have been constructed using locally-sourced timber cladding and stone masonry, and are set in mature private plots.
