Last two homes remain at Sovereign Quarter

30th June 2008 Print
Last two homes remain at Sovereign Quarter Only two properties now remain at Charles Church's popular and picturesque Sovereign Quarter development in Grange Farm, Gillingham, so now's the time to move quickly if you want to bag a dream home in a dream location.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside, including a nature reserve and riverside walks, The Premier Collection at Sovereign Quarter exudes class; a quaint but accessible development consisting of both one and two bedroom apartments as well as three and four bedroom detached house, all built to the exacting standards so familiar to the Charles Church brand.

The last two remaining properties include plot 249, The Audley, a four bedroom, three storey property at £325,000, which comes with stamp duty paid, carpets, light fittings and turf to the rear garden.

The other remaining property is plot 253 in The Leighton House apartment building, a first floor apartment priced at £169,950. But there is an added incentive here with Charles Church's Fair Share scheme in place, meaning that potential buyers only pay 75 per cent of the asking price with the housebuilder meeting the remaining 25 per cent - taking the cost of the property down to an astounding £127,463.

And with no extra cost or charge, this takes away much of the stress in a difficult climate, the 25 per cent only having to be paid back after living in the property for 10 years or when you re-sell.

As purchasers have come to expect with a Charles Church property, specification at Sovereign Quarter is second to none. Kitchens at the development feature integrated appliances including fridge/freezer and stainless steel double oven, gas hob with splashback and extractor hood. Bathrooms have Ideal Standard Sottini white sanitaryware and chrome mixer taps and white heated towel rails.

Sovereign Quarter is surrounded by a wide expanse of unspoilt countryside. Purchasers can choose from salt marshes of the nearby Riverside Country Park, the sweeping grassland of Darland Banks Nature Reserve and the woodlands of Capstone Country Park.

The development offers good transport links; London is just a 45 minute train journey away and Ebbsfleet International - offering links to Europe - is just 15 miles away.
