Sundridge Park – The perfect residential sanctuary

Syntax specialize in creating luxury health and wellness spaces throughout the world and amongst a stunning catalogue of work the company is famous for creating the Six Senses spa in Crete, which won last year’s Best Spa in The Sunday Times, and Chiva Som resort in Thailand which was awarded Best Spa Resort in the World by Conde Nast Traveler. In appointing a designer for the Sundridge Park health spa, Syntax were therefore the ideal choice for Millgate Homes, who have also appointed renowned architect Robert Adam to design the project’s residential scheme and leading furniture designer Mark Wilkinson to create an exclusive kitchen range.
The Spa at Sundridge Park will be for the exclusive use of residents and will provide everything required to work out or wind-down. The interior design is one of luxury with an acknowledgement to the historic past and architectural style of site. The Spa includes a Therapy Area providing a special space for beauty treatments and stress relief with massages and essential oils. A gymnasium will offer hi-tech fitness equipment as well as a cutting-edge Kinesis zone, while a fifteen metre swimming pool is complimented by a steam room, sauna and whirlpool bath. Outside, residents are greeted by a landscaped terrace with raised decking, sun loungers, seating and external hot tub, alongside quality tennis courts and communal gardens. Spa users will also be relaxed into their visit by majestic lounge area and individual changing pods.
Sundridge Park combines the refurbishment of a Grade II listed coach house into 5 new homes, with an impressive new-build collection of 52 apartments and townhouses. All set within the grounds of the Grade I listed Sundridge Park mansion house designed by John Nash. Flanked by two golf courses and with renovated landscaped gardens originally designed by Humphry Repton, the scheme provides an idyllic green environment in which to enjoy the fine array of luxury features Millgate have incorporated.
Sales Director Jonathan Cranley comments: “We understand how customers within the luxury market are becoming far more discerning in the additional features they require from their home. At Sundridge Park we’ve looked to include the best amenities available and as globally renowned, award winning designers Syntax were the ideal choice to create our resident’s spa and wellness suite.”
When Nash designed Sundridge Park in 1799 his intention was to create the finest address in all of Kent. With Millgate Homes’ vision that accolade looks set to be bestowed on the site once again.
Sundridge Park is just 9km from Canary Wharf and trains from nearby Elmstead Woods and Bromley South provide quick, direct access to London Victoria and Charing Cross. The M25 motorway as well as Gatwick, Heathrow and London City airports are all within easy reach.
Homes at Sundridge Park start from £675,000. The sales and marketing suite is open 7 days a week, from 10am to 5pm and includes a fully furnished show-apartment. For further information visit Sundridge-park.co.uk.
