A home with classic good looks

14th October 2008 Print
A home with classic good looks First-time buyers, families and couples are flocking to Bryant Homes' brand new development at Herne Bay - where the three-bedroom ‘Conway' is proving a real hit with house-hunters.

Priced from just £179,995, the ‘Conway' is a classic property design that is sure to stay a popular choice for years to come. Boasting a large kitchen/dining room that's perfect for family meals and entertaining, and a living room with doors to the garden which make it easy to keep an eye on youngsters at play, the ground floor is completed by a cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further well-proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Like all new homes at the development, the ‘Conway' enjoys a high standard specification including gas central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

As an alternative to this design, Bryant's customers at Herne Bay can also choose from one and two-bedroom apartments priced from £119,995, and two-bedroom houses from £164,995. Four-bedroom properties are coming soon.

The new homes enjoy an excellent location close to Herne Bay's Blue Flag beaches and within easy reach of the town centre, where shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants can be found. The town is also a hive of sporting and cultural activity, including an annual arts festival, theatres, a cinema, a boating lake, water sports and cricket, golf, hockey, bowls and football, while a roller skating rink can be found on the pier.

Herne Bay Railway Station provides regular services to London Victoria, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Margate, Whitstable, Faversham, Gillingham and Rochester. For those travelling further afield, the development is within easy reach of the Channel Ports and Eurostar services, while the historic city of Canterbury is a 15-minute drive away.

House-hunters interested in making their move can take advantage of a range of incentives which can be tailored to suit the individual circumstances of first-time buyers and those with a property to sell, including deposit, legal fees and stamp duty paid, and the opportunity to part-exchange on selected plots.

To see the showhomes and discover more about Bryant's range of incentives, visit the Sales Centre, located off Mill Lane, Herne Bay and open seven days a week from 9.30am to 5pm.

Alternatively, information on Bryant South East's developments across the region is available online at Bryant.co.uk.
