Ward Homes reports baby boom at Kings Hill No less than nine babies have been born over the past year to families who are now living at Kings Hill, a new development by Ward Homes in West Malling, near Maidstone. Kings Hill is Kent's flagship development of new homes, leisure amenities, shops, restaurants, schools and a nursery, in the heart of the countryside and just 15 minutes from Maidstone. Ward Homes is offering three, four and five-bedroom houses with prices starting at £250,000.

Angela Benson, 28, mother of eight-month old Sonny, moved to Kings Hill from London. She comments: "I love living at Kings Hill, it's very family oriented and safe, and a great place to bring up a baby. Everyone's very friendly and everything is on the doorstep. I'm already applying for Sonny to go to the Kings Hill pre-school nursery and there are two very good primary schools here for when he's older."

31 year old Lucy Fouracre moved from Bromley to Kings Hill almost 18 months ago and is mother to five-month old Joshua, she adds: "Everyone was so busy in Bromley, but here you can walk around the development and everyone chats to you. It's so convenient living here - I can walk to Asda and there are lots of little restaurants nearby. One of the primary schools is only five minutes walk away, so it'll definitely be on the list."

To help families with an existing home to sell, Ward Homes is offering to buy their old home through its popular Part Exchange scheme, which means no chain and no hassle, and saves the cost of estate agents fees and the Home Improvement Pack.
