Ebbsfleet Valley vision is realised

The first residents of Springhead Park, the initial development phase of Ebbsfleet Valley, have moved into the new community’s first homes. The event has been hailed a significant milestone in the regeneration of North Kent by joint development partners Land Securities and Countryside Properties.

To date, 32 apartments and six houses have been reserved in the first phase of this scheme, with most households now living in their new homes.

As the community at Springhead Park begins to take shape, the first residents to move in have spoken of their hopes for the future.

Springhead Park will eventually provide a mix of 600 one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four bedroom homes.
