Antler Homes launches new deal for commuters Premier housebuilder, Antler Homes, has announced a new deal to draw in commuters to their development at Bishop’s Field in Maidstone. On Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th April, anyone who reserves a new home on the site will be given two years free train travel to London, worth £6,320!*

With frequent services direct to London Victoria, taking less than an hour, Bishop’s Field is an ideal place for a capital commuter to call home. The development has a variety of luxury two, three and four bedroom properties, to suit all tastes and budgets, and Antler Homes also offers part exchange on selected properties.

The average home now takes over three months to sell on the open market, but with part exchange, Antler Homes will obtain three independent valuations on an existing property and will make an offer within seven days (subject to conditions). The process means no chain, no estate agent fees, no HIP to worry about and, most importantly, no hassle!

To find out more about Antler Homes’ free travel offer and part exchange, simply visit Bishop’s Green during the open weekend, Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th April, between 10am and 5pm. Alternatively, log on to antlerhomes.co.uk for more details. Prices start from £287,500.

*Subject to terms and conditions. Ticket is only available between Maidstone and London Victoria stations. This offer is only available on selected houses on the Bishop’s Field development.
