Bryant matches deposits at Kemsley Fields

Bryant Homes is offering movers the perfect opportunity to take an easy step up the property ladder – by matching their deposit so that they can put down 10% of the purchase price.

The money-saving scheme, available at Bryant’s Kemsley Fields development near Sittingbourne, Kent, offers a helping hand to anyone hoping to get on or move up the property ladder for less.

Laura Bellamy, Sales Manager for Bryant Homes, says: “Because most mortgage lenders now require much higher deposits than they have in previous years, we are giving the first few customers through the door the opportunity to make a bigger investment in their new home now while prices are good, so that they don’t have to wait months, or even years.

The first floor comprises a light and airy reception room, a bedroom and a main bathroom, while the master bedroom with en-suite and two further bedrooms can be found on the top floor.
