Break the chain with Bryant’s ‘Marketmover’

Break the chain with Bryant’s ‘Marketmover’ Leading housebuilder Bryant Homes is giving customers a great chance to break the stranglehold of a slow-moving property chain and move into a brand new place at its Kings Walk development in Loose near Maidstone, Kent.

With many existing home-owners looking to take advantage of good home-buying market conditions – but finding it hard to sell own home – the company’s Marketmover incentive offers a fast, hassle-free way to move home.

And with an outstanding selection of attractive three and four-bedroom homes waiting to be snapped up at Kings Walk, Marketmover is the perfect solution for those customers with a property to sell.

Under the scheme, Bryant will help to sell a customer’s current property and provide their Home Information Pack (HIP) – and when a buyer is found they could then make a contribution towards the legal fees and removals costs.

Tina Westlake, Regional Sales Manager for Bryant Homes, explains: “A chain is only as strong as its weakest link and, unfortunately, when customers have a property to sell but no buyer, it puts them in a very vulnerable position.

“Marketmover speeds everything up and enables buyers to secure their dream home. No-one likes to lose the perfect new home once they’ve found it, so Marketmover ensures they get a good price for their current property. It’s a simple way of beating the slowdown in the property market.”

Kings Walk is an exciting development of three and four-bedroom homes, including the popular ‘Ashbourne’, which is priced from £244,995 and features a reception room and spacious kitchen/dining room with French doors leading to a private garden and making outside entertaining a joy.

The ground floor accommodation is completed by a utility room and guest cloakroom, while upstairs the family bathroom, a spacious bedroom and living room can be found.

The second floor of this striking townhouse comprise of the master bedroom with ensuite and a further double bedroom

Like all new homes at the development, the ‘Ashbourne’ enjoys a high standard specification including gas central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

Kings Walk is a small development of just 49 homes and 34 apartments in Loose, an established residential area to the south of Maidstone with the open countryside just a short walk away.

Bryant Homes is also building a new sports and community centre with room for a playgroup, local group meetings, a fitness suite, and an outdoor all-weather pitch as part of the scheme.

Kings Walk is just over a mile from Maidstone town centre, and benefits from a choice of good local schools for children of all ages.

The development is close to the new Fremlin Walk shopping centre, Mall Chequers Centre and a choice of supermarkets that have helped put Maidstone among the UK’s top 50 retail towns. Swimming pools, a bowling alley, a multi-screen cinema and theatres mean that there’s also plenty to do during leisure time.

For commuters, the M20 is within easy reach, and the M25 only 25 miles further on, while regular rail services to London run from Maidstone East, and Ashford International offers quick links to the Continent.

House-hunters can visit the Kings Walk Marketing Suite, off Melrose Close, Maidstone, open Thursday to Monday from 9.30am to 5pm, or go online to bryant.co.uk.
