New homes for under £70k at Great Easthall Househunters can now buy a brand new home for less than £70,000* at Bryant’s Great Easthall development in Sittingbourne.

The Government’s HomeBuy Direct initiative is in operation at the popular location – especially for first-time buyers and previous owners who are struggling to finance a new home – making a wide choice of two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom houses available at a fraction of the full price.

HomeBuy Direct allows qualifying customers with a household income of £60,000 or less to receive an equity loan covering up to 30% of the value of these properties.

A limited number of two and three-bedroom homes at Great Easthall are available using HomeBuy Direct, which is co-funded by the Homes and Communities Agency and Bryant Homes.

Just one of the properties available is the two-bedroom ‘Tilbrook’ apartment, priced from £99,995 and available to those who can secure a mortgage of £69,996.

This ideal first home features a master bedroom with ensuite, open-plan kitchen and reception room, a second bedroom and family bathroom.

Like all new homes at Great Easthall, the ‘Tilbrook’ enjoys a high standard specification including gas central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

The HomeBuy Direct equity loan is interest-free for the first five years, while buyers are also able to pay off the equity loan in instalments at any stage after the first 12 months.
