New homes to offer "farmyard" experience in Kings Hill

Hillreed Homes is to launch to the general public, plans for a “farmyard” style environment in an exclusive community at Kings Hill, West Malling in Kent.

The award winning development company is well known in Kent and both founding partners, Colin Creed and Tony Hillier live in the County. In fact, it is Colin who has designed these remarkable homes to appeal to astute buyers looking for something that is totally different.

“We are very excited about this unusual project”, says Jo Richards, Marketing and Corporate Manager at Hillreed Homes. “One of the homes is a replica of the beautiful oust houses which dot the villages around here, another is a bungalow called “The Old Dairy”, a rare find in these days when new build bungalows have been restricted through Government directives. In all there are just eleven new homes”.

Hillreed Homes were one of the first developers to build at Kings Hill over 20 years ago and their detached executive houses can be seen on the wide avenue which leads into the development from the famous statue roundabout. The company is now on it’s 8th development at Kings Hill! This is because as a local company they understand what appeals and they build accordingly.

Hillreed Homes is currently marketing apartments from their site sales office at Greenway, Amber Lane, Kings Hill and it is here that you can study the plans, layouts and specifications of the new homes at “The Farmyard”.

“It was an exciting challenge and one that I have enjoyed enormously”, says Colin Creed, Director. “Over the years I have designed many of the homes we offer in our comprehensive portfolio of house designs but this one has really captured my imagination particularly as it reflects the local vernacular ensuring that the spirit of Kent is not lost.”

“The Farmyard” is located off the Main Square leading off Amber Lane and the eleven properties are all within a gated community making it quiet and secure.
