 First time buyer opportunities in Kent Bryant Homes’ commitment to make home-ownership easier than ever has proved a sell-out success at one of its popular new developments in Kent.

The groundbreaking HomeBuy Direct financial assistance scheme allowed customers to secure a new home at Queen’s Square, in Maidstone, with mortgages of less than £91,000*.

The HomeBuy Direct scheme, which is co-funded by Bryant Homes and the Homes and Communities Agency, allows qualifying customers with a household income of £60,000 or less to receive an equity loan worth up to 30% of the value of the properties available.

The loan is interest free for the first five years, and buyers are able to pay it off in instalments at any stage after the first 12 months.

A limited number of two and three-bedroom properties are available under the initiative at Great Easthall, including the two-bedroom ‘Atkins’ apartment – priced from £99,995 and available to qualifying customers with a mortgage of just £70,000.

Ideal as a first home, the apartment boasts a master bedroom complete with en-suite, a spacious open-plan kitchen and reception room, a second bedroom and a main bathroom.

Like all new homes at the development, the ‘Atkins’ enjoys a high standard specification including gas central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

Great Easthall is located in an excellent position in the lively market town of Sittingbourne – home to a good selection of high street stores, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as some highly-regarded schools.
