Second time Barratt buyers are on the move

Buying Barratt is always sweeter the second time around – that’s firm belief of a trio of buyers who are moving from one successful Barratt development to another. Andrew King bought a three bed Palmeston at Barratt’s Manor Fields development at Great Houghton five years ago.

His near neighbours Emma and Mark Cornell also bought a new Palmerston there too.

Now they are all moving to Barratt’s new Church Gate development at Brierley – where they are all upgrading to three storey, four bed Woodcotes.

Mark said: “I have been very happy with this house. Now its time to move on and I have no doubts about buying Barratt again. Church Gate is in a fantastic location in a traditional South Yorkshire village and the Woodcote is my ideal new home. It is a step up the housing ladder and thanks to the good experience I had last time I bought a Barratt house – I’m really looking forward to the move.”

Emma said: “We love the new location at Church Gate. The Woodcote is a bigger house and a move up for us. Barratt’s build quality and value for money are unbeatable and the customer service has been fantastic. We are delighted to be buying Barratt again.”

The successfully completed Manor Fields development and the new one at Church Gate are only a few miles apart and are part of Barratt’s continuing commitment to building much needed new housing in the area.
